Access Up to Four Entertainment Devices Wirelessly
The Belkin ScreenCast AV 4 adapter consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter can connect up to four HDMI-enabled media devices including Blu-ray players and game consoles. Using Wi-Fi, the transmitter broadcasts audio and visual signals from the device to which it is attached. These signals are then received by the receiver, which relays the audio and video to your TV via a second HDMI cable. （中央社洛杉磯14日綜合外電報導）美國官員與媒體今天表示，好萊塢影星哈里遜福特（Harrison Ford）駕駛私人飛機在加州一座機場降落時險出意外。
法新社引述美國國家廣播公司（NBC）報導，74歲、主演經典電影「印第安納瓊斯」（Indiana Jones）的哈里遜福特飛行經驗豐富，熱愛蒐集古董飛機，當時他正接近橘郡（Orange County）約翰韋恩機場（JohnWayne Airport），準備在飛機滑行道而非跑道降落，飛越1架載有110名乘客與6名機組員的美國航空波音737客機。
據報導，從哈里遜福特與航空管制中心的對話錄音，可聽見他詢問：「那台大客機本來就應該在我下方嗎？」
美國聯邦航空總署（FAA）表示，尚未確定涉及這起事件人員的身分，但堅稱，正在調查造成誤解的原因。
FAA發言人葛瑞格（Ian Gregor）發表聲明說：「航空管制人員昨天下午准許駕駛單引擎飛機AviatHusky的飛行員在約翰韋恩機場的20L跑道降落。這名飛行員正確複述了降落許可，接著在平行跑道的滑行道降落，飛越了1架在跑道外等待的波音737。」
FAA禁止飛機在滑行道降落，飛行員若證實犯錯，懲處從1張警告單至吊銷飛行駕照都有可能。
事實上，這並非哈里遜福特首次空中驚魂，英國「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，他2015年駕駛1架二戰時期飛機時引擎失靈，而將飛機迫降於加州洛杉磯聖塔蒙尼卡（Santa Monica）的高爾夫球場，造成頭部創傷與1隻手臂骨折。

司法官的退休金制度改革未納入年金改革國是會議討論，但國安會諮詢委員林峯正盼法務部、司法院能盡早主動提出改革方案，否則勢必將納入司改國是會議處理。對此，法務部次長陳明堂今天(3日)表示，因體認司法官的退休制度必須跟著整體年金改革做處理，法務部近期內就會提出改革方案；但基於保障司法獨立性、吸納優秀法律人進入司法界，改革幅度與內容還在討論中。
法官與檢察官的退養金所得替代率可高達98%，但因司法院、法務部有其獨立性，並未納入這次年金改革國是會議討論。不過，國安會諮詢委員林峯正日前表示，年金改革已經往前開動，但社會不可能跳過法官和檢察官，若司法院、法務部到5月前都沒有主動提出，司法改革國是會議的分組會議勢必要納入討論。
對此，法務部次長陳明堂3日受訪時表示，司法官退養金是否過高的問題，當時在年金國是會議前後，法務部都有主張，因涉及整體司法改革，希望不要按照一般公務員規定整體考量，司法院也有此意；但法務部也體認司法官必須跟著整體年金改革做處理，只是如何保障司法獨立性、讓司法官安於工作，無後顧之憂、又能吸納優秀法律人才進入司法界，必須找出合理的改革方案，法務部近期內就會提出供年改會參考。陳明堂說：『(原音)會有改變，改變的幅度、方式如何，由院、部先擬出具體措施給年改會討論，或是提到司改國是會議討論。因為年金改革國是會議討論結束了，已經進行修法工作了，他們修法的工作是否要把司法官的部分一併修，還是交給司改會議作討論，還要我們提出方案。應該是不久、最近就會併給年金改革方案作處理，時間上應該不會差距太大，以免引起社會不必要的爭議。』
不過，陳明堂也說，法務部提出改革方案後，是否與這波年金改革一起展開法官法等相關修法，還是留待司法國是會議再討論，此部分還未定案，後續要如何修法落實改革，還要再與總統府討論。
